More than a year ago I sought a means of inviting calm into my life. Faced with job loss and life’s challenges, I had a deep knowing that I’d better start taking care of myself so I could take care of the ones I love. Remembering a meditation book I’d been given previously I began to try meditation. I’ve found guided meditations effective in helping me focus and centre myself. Meditation has brought acceptance, tolerance, grace and peace into my life. I’d like to share that gift with others and help ease them into incorporating meditation into their routines.
I’m hoping open hearts and minds generate feelings of peace.
